Roy Webb No Longer EHSS Pianist
From a Signature Sound newsletter issued today:
Roy Webb will no longer be the piano player for EH&SS. I want to publicly thank Roy for his three plus years of service to our group. We truly wish our brother and His family the best as they move forward. Roy gave us all many laughs.
Please keep EH&SS in your prayers as we too move forward in the days ahead.

The first reasons given were because of the family situation surrounding Roy's dad, but now the absence has been made permanent.

I sure miss Roy. I am interested in knowing if he is ok. I purchased his
new CD You Raise me Up and it is wonderful. I do now understand why it is not advertised more.
There is a typing error in my first comment. I do not understand why Roy Webbs new CD is not advertised more. The CD is wonderful.
I sure miss Roy and would sure like to know how he is and what he is doing. He was such a vital part of Signature Sound.
We went to see EHSS in Ft. Worth last Saturday night. They were good, but it isn't the same without Roy. He brought such a special talent to the group. There are many talented pianists, but only one Roy Webb!! I would love to know how he is and what his future plans are for his career.
I would like to purchase Roy Webb's new CD How can I get it and where Whatever reason left shss and the reason such a hush hush deal is not fare to h;is public EHSS was not the same in Anderson In. Without him. I would like to find out where he is. Thanks

I had noticed that Roy Webb was not with EHSS and I wish he were still with them. EHSS is so good but Roy added that something special to the group. I wish Roy and his family the very best. Please Roy, make yourself more visible with concerts or appearances.
I sure do miss Roy Webb with EHSS he added so much and is the best in gospel music. I hope to see more of him and please become more visible Roy. I am sure there are groups that would be honored to have Roy. EHSS is not the same anymore without Roy.
I have followed Ernie for years and he is such a sweetheart. And his group Signature Sound is GREAT!! I so enjoy hearing them. But Roy was SPECIAL and he did add something that is missing from the group. It is not the same. My mom and I were so hoping Roy would come back. Roy we miss you and hope for God's best. And I hope Signature Sound can found someone as special as Roy. Connie Nicholl
I see Roy is out on his own. He is scheduled to be in Lancaster PA on March 8th 2008 with the Booth Brothers and the Ball Brothers.
